Industrial Relocation Incentive Subsidy

National Incentive Subsidies granted to companies who relocate their facilities to specified regions under the "Industrial Relocation Incentive Plan" for the purpose of constructing Environmental Conservation Facilities or Public Welfare Facilities within those regions.
