Target		Research and Development Companies, Software Companies, Corporate Training Institutions,*1Research and Testing Institutions,*2 Designated by the Governor
Grant eligibility conditions	Land acquisition time limit	By March 31st, 2006
	Area of land used by factories	1,000 square meters or more
	Time limit for commencing operations	Within three years of concluding the land purchasing contract
	New employees	Five or more new employees within 3 years of commencing operation
Subsidy rate		15% of land acquisition cost
Subsidy granting period		When all subsidy eligibility requirements have been met , the application will be granted
Targeted Industrial Parks		Iwami "Rinku" Factory Park
Target		Manufacturing Industry, Software Companies, Designated by the Governor*4

	Time limit for commencing operations	Within three years of concluding the land purchasing contract

Subsidy rate		20% of land acquisition cost
Subsidy granting period		When all subsidy eligibility requirements have been met, the application will be granted
